Tasting Characteristics: The nose is sweet licorice, currants, blackberries and cassis. Big flavors of Bing cherry, anise and fennel explode on the palate. The wine finishes with caramel and leather with a hint of pepper. Well-structured, this wine is made for long aging.

Note About the Label: “The Dancing Schoolhouse” is an original watercolor by Jude Bishoff. It is a tribute to the collective energy of former students of our 129 year-old schoolhouse.
