Join us at the schoolhouse/vineyard for an evening of specially selected estate wines and artisan cheeses. Each cheese has been chosen to compliment the flavors of each grape varietal and additional complexities that growing in the Santa Cruz mountains bring.

We will feature 5 different wines and pair two cheeses with each to bring out complimentary flavors and finish off with two chocolate pairings. It’s Burrell School so you can be assured that Dave will be educating you (and possibly quizzing you) along the way! The hope is that you can take this knowledge and recreate your own wine and cheese pairings in the future – for friends and family.

Each ticket includes a bottle of wine to take home with you!
