Each cheese has been chosen to compliment the flavors of each grape varietal and additional complexities that growing in the Santa Cruz mountains bring. \nWe will feature 5 different wines and pair two cheeses with each to bring out complimentary flavors and finish off with two chocolate pairings. It’s Burrell School so you can be assured that Dave will be educating you (and possibly quizzing you) along the way!
