SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
We wrap up the celebration of Burrell School Vineyards’ 20th anniversary in the wine business this year. We received our federal bond on October 6th, 1994. And, after 20 years of growing, harvesting, wine making, bottling, tasting, selling and meeting the best people in the world, we’re still having fun.

Q: Our grape growing heritage here at Burrell School spans three centuries. When did Lyman Burrell plant the first grapes here on the Summit?
A: 1856, and in 1859 Lyman’s grapes were awarded premium quality at the Santa Clara County Fair.
