2017 Pinot Noir- Aromas are perfumey black raspberry with hints of applewood bacon, coriander and plum tart. On the palate, the flavors are big, silky smooth raspberry and chocolate with a hint of cherry jam and red licorice.
2017 “High School Sweethearts”- A 50/50 blend of both Merlot and Cab Franc, the nose is filled with cherries, raspberries, blackberries, dark earth and spice. Because they were both aged in French oak, those sweet tobacco and anise notes are amplified, making this an intensely fruity, spicy wine with a good bit of tannin and a very supple acidity.
