
Winemaker’s Dinner

From the top of the Santa Cruz Mountains all estate fruit from Burrell School Vineyards will be featured paired with plates designed by Chef Cori. Winemaker Dave will be on hand with a lesson on each of his wines.
Final menu will be available soon but the five wines featured will be:
1st Lesson:
2023 Chardonnay ‘Teacher’s Pet’ lightly oaked with plenty of fruit and good acid.
2nd Lesson:
2022 Pinot Noir ‘Principal’s Choice’ high altitude, lovely on the nose SCM Pinot
3rd Lesson:
2022 Merlot ‘Honor Roll’ five stars from the nose to the last legs. You never thought 100% Merlot could be this good.
4th Lesson:
2017 ‘Valedictorian’ a blend of all the Bordeaux varieties grown on the estate. Cab Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petite Verdot. Many layered, rich drink for the A student.
Final Exam:
Blanc de Noir ‘Recess Rose’ a fruity dessert. Everyone passes. Recess!
