Tasting Characteristics: A big nose of currant and spice is followed by lush mid-palate flavors of red fruits. Mouth-feel is round and soft. Smooth tannins and bright fruit are indicators of a wine ready to enjoy now. A staff favorite, Old School Cabernet is the wine to accompany pasta, grilled steak, spicy chile, or just some fruit and cheese…and don’t forget chocolate!
