Tasting Characteristics: A nose of ripe dark fruit and spice is followed by lush mid-palate flavors of juicy blackberry and black cherry. Mouth-feel is round with smooth yet present tannins. A wine ready to enjoy now through the next couple decades. A staff favorite, Old School Cabernet is the wine to accompany to grilled steak or just some fruit and cheese…and don’t forget chocolate!
