Our 2022 Principal’s Choice Pinot Noir, crafted from Dijon clones 05, 115, 667, and 777, opens with a nose of red berries, clove and subtle French oak spice. On the palate, it’s delicate yet structured, with hints of raspberry, earthy notes and soft tannins. The finish is long with a touch of costal minerality. Pair with brie, seared salmon or duck breast with a cherry glaze. Best now through 2035.
