Tasting Notes
Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown at 1,600 feet in the Santa Cruz Mountains, this 2024 Blanc de Noir is bright and elegant. Aged nine months in stainless steel, it offers aromas of wild strawberry, citrus, and white peach, with crisp flavors of raspberry and blood orange. The finish is clean, fresh, and mineral-driven. Pair with Dungeness crab, seared scallops or mushroom risotto.
