In the vineyard, the bunches are developing well with a speckle of color showing up on the Pinot Noir. July has been cooler than normal, which will likely push harvest to be later this year. Stay tuned!
In the cellar, we are preparing for bottling. First up two 2024 Rosés and Blanc de Noir. In September, we plan to bottle the 2023 Merlot and Cabernet Franc and the 2024 Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. We try to do this as close to harvest as possible to minimize the time that barrels are empty. Sippers Club members have a chance to barrel taste this weekend!
