Winter Feast

When the seas are calm and the boats can get out there’s plenty of reason to be excited about what’s coming in – Dungeness Crab! We’ve been enjoying the fine pairing of our Burrell School Chardonnay with this local delicacy. Add some lemons, kale, avocados, persimmons and sourdough bread and you’ve got yourself a winter feast.
